Tammy really took into consideration what type of home I was looking for and made sure that I explored all the possibilities on the market. She worked with me to figure out what was a must have and what I could be more flexible with in my search. She was current on the listings and quick to get me to showings of homes that fit my preference. When we walked into this house, we both knew it was the perfect fit and Tammy worked so efficiently to make sure to secure the purchase of the house in such a competitive market. Tammy made what could have been a stressful experience such an enjoyable process for me.

Tammy was proactive in selling my house, making sure the price was right, scheduling appointments and giving me real time feedback. She was very responsive to all of my questions and needs. She was a tough negotiator for my needs when needed be, looking out for my best interest. She was very professional and truly just a pleasure to work with.

Darcy is a wonderful agent; she listens to everything you want in a home and guides you to the correct one. She is very knowledgeable and thinks of everything you may forget about when looking at houses because it can become overwhelming. I looked at many houses and had thought I would never find my new family home. Darcy kept encouraging me and telling me it may take some time, but when you find it or it finds you, you will know. She was always available to me no matter what time or day. I feel a good real estate agent is priceless, and Darcy is that if not more! When I finally found the new home, I have now Darcy was a major part of the reason because of her negotiating skills and ability to "read" into what is going on behind the scenes of the whole process. I know I would not have this home today if it wasn't for her. Darcy made the process as easy as possible for me, she kept me appraised of everything that was going to happen next once the bid was accepted. That was the part that got confusing, but Darcy was there to answer all my question and keep me as calm as possible. Thank you for everything Darcy.
