She was very knowledgeable about the housing, communication, the area we were in or interested in going, very kind and caring. She worked very hard for us in selling the house. She went above and beyond expectations. She is a wonderful woman. We couldn't have asked for any better. She is the best.

I began my home buying process mid February of this year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 soon became an obstacle we had to face. Stephanie made everything SO easy, and walked me through every step - even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was always extremely patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the process. If there was ever anything she was unsure about, she almost immediately found the answers she needed, and got back to me. If I ever had to go through this process again, although I hope I won't, I will be reaching out to Stephanie.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Krystal was the greatest in a process that ended up being a year long search for the right home. She was always upbeat professional and encouraging that the right home would come along.
