I began my home buying process mid February of this year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 soon became an obstacle we had to face. Stephanie made everything SO easy, and walked me through every step - even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was always extremely patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the process. If there was ever anything she was unsure about, she almost immediately found the answers she needed, and got back to me. If I ever had to go through this process again, although I hope I won't, I will be reaching out to Stephanie.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
