I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Susan was very helpful in making suggestions as we moved forward with putting our building up for sale. As a board we felt her trustworthy and very knowledgeable in the suggestions she made, we felt she was always looking out for our best interest. She worked hard for us. Her outlook on selling the building was very positive. Whenever I contacted her, she responded quickly with an answer to my question and or checked into it. I would highly recommend her to help any business needing assistance in the sale of a building.

Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection!
