This was my first ever home I’ve ever bought and Nona’s knowledge of the market in Blairsville , Young Harris, and the surrounding areas was essential in my quest. My boyfriend, Ron and I were helped in every step of the process as we were guided by Nona’s expertise. Jennifer masterfully juggled legal requirements and coached me (an out-of-town seller trying to help a family member from afar) in contract negotiations and steps needed to hit the sales date. She understood our needs and limitations and worked with us to craft solutions. She went to the house when inspectors needed to get in, informed us of relevant issues and changes, provided documents electronically and on our schedule (not normal business hours) and helped all parties stay even and sane. We were referred to Jennifer by another satisfied seller. I would refer her to you in a heartbeat!

As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to! I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit.
