I contacted Lethea telling her I want to sell my house. And I was looking for something on 1 floor.. Well my house was sold in 2 days! And I bought a house the same week! Was in my new home before Thanksgiving! Lethea went above and beyond.. Very helpful and knows what she's doing. Everything went smooth and fast, we even got more than our asking price, I had a sunroom in the house we sold and I told her i would like a sunroom. well we got the sunroom and better yet it is a 4 season sunroom.. A up grade to our 3 season one we had! In addition we gained a beautiful fire place and a garage! One step in and out our front and back door.. View from our sunroom windows are woods and we see deer, not just one but small herds. My husband and I love our new home and we are so thankful for Lethea for helping us along the way. She goes above and beyond, sending us packing boxes with bubble wrap, tape, even a marker! And had a free moving truck for us to use on move day! When we got to our new home their was a balloon with card, champagne chillin in the fridge with a charcuterie board with meats, cheeses and fruit and to our surprise under the wonderful treats a image of our new home etched onto the board that i will cherish forever.. And if that wasn't enough, a knock on our door close to Christmas was our realtor and friend , Lethea with a Christmas present for us.. We are so grateful that we chose Lethea Myers and highly recommend her.. Thank you Lethea!!
