After 44 years in the same house we decided to move back to Texas. Our place was in good shape, with a few problems. Cheryl shepherded us through some of the harder items to deal with, which resulted in selling our house at the right time at the right price. Having Cheryl ready to take our nervous calls after we moved 1300 miles away, leaving an empty house, was comforting. So much could have gone wrong. This review of my selling experience with Karen is a little late however that being said. When we first listed my fathers home we interviewed two possible realtors. Karen showed genuine interest in his home. She listened as we explained all the history and nuances of a well loved home. I mean if one lived in a home for 40+ years there is some things and stories that go with the home. She made every step of the seem effortless. She was always available when there were questions or concerns. She made us feel comfortable when it came to our open house. She was an excellent negotiator always looking out for our best interest. Throughout the entire transaction Karen was extremely forthright and honest and I personally would not have any hesitations on recommending her to friends. I know she will be representing us in the very near future.
