As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to! Next time we need a realtor we will definitely call Jeramie!

She did more than expected as well as keeping me informed about the process and very quickly responding to my concerns via email and text. She provided help and knowledge with other services involving repairs, inspections and appraisal. She came highly recommended and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
