My wife and I were ready to buy a home and I wanted to find an agent who would be our advocate and use their expertise to help us get the best deal. I wanted someone who would be able to walk us through the process and ease our minds. Margie was all of that and then some for us and made the usually stressful process a very positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and was patient with us, she gave us advice on how to negotiate the offer and it paid off as we were able to get the home we wanted. She's a good communicator, very responsive to emails and texts and had made herself very available throughout the whole process. Even when there weren't many houses on the market, she took it upon herself to talk to homeowners in the neighborhood that we wanted to buy a house in to get a feel for any homes that may be coming available. Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
