Donna talked to us about our requirements and desires then setup a local search. During walkthroughs, she was very thorough, highlighting desirable and questionable traits. She is a superior negotiator, helping us put in a successful bid. Our inspectors found some major deficiencies and Donna was very successful at negotiating suitable remedies. Donna was very responsive to emails and texts throughout the process.

Steve is wonderful!! He helped us fi nd the right houses for my daughters. He did nt tire of showing us houses even though I did. He also helped us sell my dad's house for more than I thought possible. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
