Amanda Lantz was quick to respond with any and all questions we had during the selling process. She was knowledgeable of the market in our area. We were pleased with the pricing, listing and photos taken. Amanda was always professional!

I highly recommend Amanda and the Flinchbaugh team. I was impressed with the marketing my home was given and I was also impressed with the way everyone worked together on the Flinchbaugh team. They all displayed professionalism, respect, and confidence which started with the first day I met with Amanda and all the way through the sale and settlement of my home. I could not have asked for a better real estate experience.

She is super good I will work with her on the future

Elva is there for the total process. She checks for every fine detail. She connects you with everyone needed to complete the process. Moving across country, the process went very smoothly and she worked every detail until the process was done.

My husband and I really admire her patience and knowledge on different properties we want to see. She can tell us information and recommendations, not being pushy. You did an excellent job Elva. Glenn and Phoebe

When we moved to Gettysburg Elva helped us find our home. We found more than an agent, we found a friend. Over a decade later we just completed the second transaction that she has helped us navigate. Elva listens to your needs and goals, keeps you informed throughout the process and is there every step of the way
