We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. She helped us secure the deal and we will be moving in soon. We would recommend Connie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She is a great realtor and a genuinely wonderful human being!

In the current market houses are selling in less than a week. But, our previous realtor had our house on the market for 6 months without a single bid. They had told us they don't do a wide variety of things and our house was just a dud that would be hard to sell. We dropped them and hired Connie. Immediately she had a variety of options and ideas to help us sell our house and in less than 2 weeks the house sold with multiple bids. Since then she has been wonderful in giving advice and helping us find a new realtor where we now live to help in the relocation. There isn't enough we can say about how much we appreciate her efforts or how much we recommend her.
