My wife and I recently sold our first home. Having never sold a house before, we were daunted by the process. But that's where Todd came in. Todd was professional throughout the whole experience. He described everything that we had to do and made good recommendations as to how to prepare the house for sale. He advised us using his thorough market knowledge and helped us to get a very good price for our home. When it came to the paperwork, both for the listing and the contract, Todd was invaluable. He helped us digest all of the information easily. I won't hesitate to contact Todd again next time we need realty services. Top notch!
