5 Stars – Miky Philson is Outstanding I worked with Miky Philson from Berkshire Hathaway to buy a condo in York, PA, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn’t miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything.
