I've used Steve's services over the years for buying and selling multiple properties. He looks at the "bones" of the house and provides honest, relevant feedback. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully! During this time, Steve kept communication open with both me and the buyer's agent.

Immediately she felt like a friend showing me houses and pointing out possible potential with properties or future pitfalls. There was absolutely no rush but she was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and making sure I met my deadlines. Even after I moved in she continues to be of assistance. If you're looking for a house, as far as realtors go you must put Jennifer at the top of your list. I know I'm sure glad I did.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.
