I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

We have worked with Allen several times, selling and purchasing. We will say that Allen is the best to work with, very friendly and bubbly personality, very prompt on response and very accommodating. Our best advice is to use Allen for selling or purchasing. He sold 2 properties for us in less than a week and made sure that got the property that we wanted.
