This was my first experience buying a home so I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Huma was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a townhouse in my price range. I thought I would have to go with a condo, but Huma was able to work a miracle and find the perfect townhouse for me.

We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

Felicia exceeded expectations as she helped me to navigate through the sales process while acting as an out-of-state estate administrator. She is willing to adapt to your preferred communication style and amazingly responsive. This is my second experience with Felicia (first was during a corporate relocation). We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. She helped us secure the deal and we will be moving in soon. We would recommend Connie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She is a great realtor and a genuinely wonderful human being!
