A Tough Sell

Ms. Leiby had a tough time with my property and her persistence paid off in the long run. The house was well built but it was 32 years old and outdated in the eyes of most potential buyers. Buyers’ desire to upgrade the house and the existing market conditions and interest-rates made it very difficult to make it an attractive purchase. I believe that Ms. Leiby’s suggestions ultimately made the difference. Along the way she kept me informed of changing conditions and guided me in making good decisions to help with the sale.
