I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. We could not have had the successful sale that we did without his help. I would recommend him highly to anyone trying to sell a house!

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Sean was always available to answer questions during the home shopping process and the official buying process. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

We contacted Becky for help after making the hard decision that it was time for us to down size to one floor living. She took the time to understand our needs and wants in our search for a new home. She kept in constant contact and explained every step of the buying process. Becky negotiated a good deal for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone getting ready to buy or sell.

Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
