She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process. From the beginning, Keith showed he was knowledgeable, easily accessible and was willing to work around your schedule. He knew the value of the homes in our area and would suggest (not tell), us what he would sell the house for. It's always a good sign when your realtor doesn't tell you what you should do! It took awhile to sell her house because there were many renovations that needed completed, however, he sold her house for what she wanted. I would recommend Keith for anyone who is looking for an honest realtor who knows his business.
