We had started looking for a new home in spring 2021. Lita went out of her way to show us various houses giving her opinion on +\- of each. At that time we couldn’t find one so we waited for a bit. When we were ready again we called and she answered immediately to start the process again. Finding one she helped guide us through the whole process comforting our doubts till closing. 2+ yrs later decided to move again so we contacted her to start the process again. Same steadfast diligence by her showing us homes and helping all along the way till closing. Unfortunately we had some family issues and needed to move on short notice, again we contacted her to help. We were able to navigate a different situation with her help. We had introduced her to our family members and they were very impressed with her ability to offer answers to questions we all thought were hard. Time and again she has shown us how much she cares about her job, helping people and remaining diligent to solve people’s home issues in a truly professional manner! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Isabella when purchasing our first home. My husband and I ran into a few barriers (no barriers caused by Isabella— we were active duty military at the time, and we had trouble obtaining proper paperwork for some items.) Isabella stayed by our side until we reached the finish line. She advocated for our needs, and she was an excellent communicator.
