Denise didn’t just say “Here’s my friends number call them.” She gave us many options and helped us find the most trustworthy workers within our budgets to fix what was needed. Lee was given to me when I was looking for houses on Zillow. Lee was workable with my wild schedule, knowledgeable about the areas I was looking, and what the process looked like for buying the home. He knew that my electric was out the weekend I was moving in due to a bad storm so he made sure to check on me as well! Just to add on, I brought my dad with me to every house and Lee welcomed and encouraged him to come, which I loved. He also took close attention to detail in taking care of my dad who is older so just reminding to be careful around the house was nice to have him looking out.
