Working with Jen Hannaford was a great experience for our family. She not only helped us sell the house we were living in, in under 48 hours by helping us know exactly what we needed to do to get our home in tip top shape for the market. She priced our house just right and planned an open house on the first weekend of listing enabling us to sell our house fast and make an offer on the one we really wanted in the location we wanted. The whole experience working with Jen was pleasant and professional and we knew we were in good caring hands. We would absolutely recommend her to family, friends or anyone wanting a true professional on their team.

Melissa is FABULOUS! She sold two houses for me this year and found my DREAM HOME during a pandemic! I had very specific requests on my new home and she was able to find one that wasn’t even in the market. If you are looking for a realtor that is willing to go the extra mile and think outside of the box she’s the girl for you!
