At the same time, she was able to walk through the homes with me, point out the issues, explain their potential severity and costs involved to fix them. Again, she very thoughtfully weighed pros and cons with me to help me make the best for me. An added bonus: Lisa has an incredible network of people in her roladex. The listing photographer she uses is fantastic. The home inspector that she recommends is the most thorough home inspector I've ever worked with. I've used an electrician she recommends who did wonderful work in my home. It's a package deal that will benefit you long after you buy or sell a home with her. It is rare to find someone who isn't out to make a buck these days. Lisa's first priority is her client all day, every day.
