If "very impressive" is 5 stars, Pia Colucci deserves at least 10. I have never met anyone who knew properties or neighborhoods or values like Pia. She was kind, considerate and actually fun to work with. And yet, when it came to the negotiations with the other side, she was a bulldog. I would recommend Pia to anyone I cared about.

We were first time buyers with the added complication of being new to the US. Sarah was absolutely phenomenal. Any question we had she either had the answer or knew who to ask and had the answer within a blink of an eye. Very responsive. Made the process smooth as can be. Highly recommend Sarah – she was phenomenal!
