Tom was in frequent communication with us during the entire course of our transaction. His knowledge of the market was evident as he guided us through the determination of selling price, listing price, review of offers, preparation and determination of counter offers. He was able to offer valuable information related to competitive listings.

Shane and I went through a lot during this home buying process. We had one house that was full of mold. We had another house when the sellers decided that minute they were going to keep it. Shane never stopped working hard. Phone calls no problem, or meeting me somewhere all I had to do was ask. You could not ask for a better agent than Shane. He answered questions to the very best of his knowledge and if he did not know he made a phone call to get the answer. I highly recommend Shane!
