Pilar was professional and knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the entire process and she really made it easy. When we were ready to sell our home because of an opportunity out of state, she was our first thought, and she delivered. Through her contacts and experience in the profession, she knew a buyer that was looking in our area. The next day we had a showing and an offer on our home. Her customer service skills and genuine desire to help is something that you do not get from everybody in any profession these days and it makes for a great experience. When you need to buy or sell, you need Pilar, she makes it easy.

If "very impressive" is 5 stars, Pia Colucci deserves at least 10. I have never met anyone who knew properties or neighborhoods or values like Pia. She was kind, considerate and actually fun to work with. And yet, when it came to the negotiations with the other side, she was a bulldog. I would recommend Pia to anyone I cared about.

Berni is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Being from out of state, we required a lot of attention since we didn’t know much about the local Pittsburgh market. She worked with us during several months and was always available and ready to work hard. We were very happy with her services and we would not hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends or family.
