Nicole sold our house and helped us find another to purchase in a very timely manner. She is a no-pressure agent who worked 24/7 to find us the right home. Her knowledge of the market and the true value of a home was an added asset to both our home sale and purchase. The input and advice she offered for each home we looked at was invaluable and we knew she had our best interest at heart.

We was courteous, informative and willing to go the extra mile.

Nicole was a wonderful agent for me. She was knowledgeable, dedicated and patient during the long hunt for my perfect home. It took a while, but we did find my perfect place. Then she was disciplined and attentive during the entire purchasing/closing process. She protected my interests and kept everything moving along efficiently. She made it easy - I can't recommend her too highly to another potential buyer.

I worked with Kelly first to go under contract on a new house and then to sell mine as well. Despite multiple close date changes and other weird things, Kelly was great to work with and I feel confident that she made the whole process easier for me than it could have been. She communicated quickly and consistently, answered all my questions, and offered good support along the way. Happy to have found her by accident and already recommended her to a friend!

Kelly Raitano was a great agent for us selling a house in the Peters Township area. Kelly was always there to work with us throughout the Showing process. We had a number of unique accommodations regarding our pets and she was always professional and supportive of our requests. You would be hard to find a better agent that will work with you to get your house sold. We definitely recommend Kelly Raitano.

Kelly has handled multiple transactions for my company and has gone above and beyond to provide the advice and effort to get the transactions closed. She has always been focused on the best for her client regardless of what that means to her business, which really sets her apart from many agents. If you want an agent that acts truly in YOUR best interests, she should be the agent of choice.
