Working with Sarah was a great experience! She was always friendly and responded quickly to all communications. We felt that she laid out great options, taking into consideration exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to learn our lifestyle so she could incorporate that into the properties she showed us. We never felt rushed. Sarah was very professional and take her role as our agent very seriously, always explaining the ins and outs of paperwork and process. We actually bought the house with Christine as our agent and over ten years later sold our house with her as well. She knows and understands the local market very well. Her instincts are always spot on. Her perspective on how to stage your home as well as what to fix/change/paint/spruce up are based in logic. She makes sound economical recommendations for these things at a time when you are so busy you can't think through it on your own.
