I trust this guy like I trust my mechanic (which is rare these days), he will not sell you on a home that he doesn't feel comfortable with. With Gary you can expect an easy, stress-free transaction every time. We have purchased multiple homes, from fixer-uppers to even vacant lots of land and never once had an issue. Gary is networked in with a close-knit group of people who can service anything you need, from lawyers to brokerage people, and you can be assured that anything you need is at your fingertips.
