We found Tarasa by chance when we looked at another house online that quickly sold. She was absolutely wonderful to work with during this process. Extremely professional, extremely kind, extremely knowledgeable. One thing we really liked about Tarasa was she asked US questions and knew a lot about these homes before we even took any tours. We had to take a break from house hunting for a few months for personal reasons, but Tarasa remained in touch and we picked up right where we left. We never felt like her clients as much as we felt like friends she was doing everything possible to get the best for us. We recommend Tarasa to ANYONE looking to purchase a home. One piece of advice we’d give new home buyers is to trust the process and be patient. The paperwork, appointments, deadlines, etc. can be overwhelming, but just keep track of the deadlines and take things a day at a time. Thank you Tarasa!

We had a wonderful experience working with Susie to purchase our first home! My husband and I were new to the Pittsburgh area in addition to being first-time home buyers. We needed someone who could help us understand the process as well as the market and all the different neighborhoods. We had a loose timeline, so Susie worked with us over a period of almost 4 months until we closed on our home last week, and I'm honestly so sad that we are all finished working with her! She showed us so many houses, and throughout the process she taught us a lot about home ownership in general. For example I learned about knob-and-tube wiring, french drains, sump pumps, and more all from Susie! Even though we worked with her for quite a while, she was always extremely responsive no matter the day or time. She explained every step of the process very clearly and did not let anything slip through the cracks. We hope to be in our home for many years, but if the day comes that we sell it we'll definitely be calling Susie.
