And she skillfully chose an asking price that sold the house quickly, with a range of offers that proved that she hadn’t priced it too high or too low. She has great relationships with tradespeople like a house inspector, sewer inspector, basement expert, estate salesman, etc., who she orchestrated beautifully to keep the process moving briskly, even when unexpected issues popped up. And she worked hard, communicated exceptionally well, and took care of all of the details. She’s warm and funny and was just a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
