I don't know how we would have done all of this without Melinda. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. Her knowledge and expertise were wonderful. She expertly explained everything to us and her strategies and suggestions definitely gained us more than asking. Dan and Michelle provided us the best service I have encountered with realtors. This being our second experience, they showed us what customer service is and were very helpful with a lot of the craziness that goes into selling a home. They provided recommendations for fixes and gave reassurance on areas where we had concerns. I have never had a more professional team in this type of process and am glad we were able to build a good relationship.
