When other homes we found didn’t work out she stayed on the hunt and found multiple homes for us even when we were going to give up. When the appraisal happened, she walked us through everything, explained what needed done, and helped us find the best contractors to help all of our issues. Denise didn’t just say “Here’s my friends number call them.” She gave us many options and helped us find the most trustworthy workers within our budgets to fix what was needed. If/when we ever are looking for a new home again or are asked who we would use…. It will continue to be Denise. Helping us as first time home buyers with every question (even silly ones because we were nervous and unsure of the process) and this property was perfect for my family. I can’t say enough about how awesome she was for us.

She has great relationships with tradespeople like a house inspector, sewer inspector, basement expert, estate salesman, etc., who she orchestrated beautifully to keep the process moving briskly, even when unexpected issues popped up. And she worked hard, communicated exceptionally well, and took care of all of the details. She’s warm and funny and was just a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
