Very professional approach to the marketing process.

This was a unique sale experience, which I think applies to both us as sellers as well as Amy, as our agent. Initial optimism was quelled by market reality. Pre-realtor we felt the market would bear $X. Initial market enthusiasm suggested that $1.25X might prevail. Changing interest rates provided some pricing challenges to which a successful sale was made at the original $X. To wit, we complain not one bit about the final selling point or how Amy helped us negotiate some of the messy parts related to this sale. We appreciate all that she did for us. She is #1 professional and #2 pleasant to deal with.

Jessica was professional and communicative at all times

Jessica performed her real estate duties with the utmost professionalism. She was always in contact with me regarding all sellers and people who wanted to see the house. Ultimately she had a seller for my house within a month and a half and it was a full price offer which closed quickly and efficiently.
