Paul and his team were amazing to work with throughout the entire buy and sell process. We met Paul at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with working with him. After doing some research and reading the reviews we decided to list our house with him and boy were we glad we did ! He worked tirelessly to market our home and was a joy to work with the entire time. He and his team held a total of 12 open houses over the course of 2 months. When we did get offers he was great at negotiating and communicating until the house sold at our asking price. We then used Paul to help us purchase a new home which went incredibly smoothly and we’re excited to be moving into the new home this week. Just as an example of Paul’s commitment to his clients, I texted him at 7am and asked if I could possibly see a brand new listing. He arranged for it that morning and when we met at the home he mentioned that he was a bit busy, that his daughter’s wedding was that afternoon and that he had a few things going on. Paul was always responsive and incredibly patient throughout our 3 month selling and buying process.
