This is not the first deal I've done with Gina Rice and not by accident. I have purchased nine houses in my lifetime and I would say, the last two I have done with Gina, have been the smoothest transactions so far. Gina is professional, yet easy going and accommodating. She doesn’t mix words and tells it like it is. And honestly, I appreciate that, especially now in this “Careful not to offend” climate we live in. Sometimes, I want the honest truth and I don't want the fluff, Gina’s straightforward nature is just what I need during those times.
