Kat was amazing from start to finish. I live out of town. She met me at the hotel, early morning and took care of everything! While it was on market, she even went a shut off out water from a water leak (50 miles out of her way and spiders to contend with!!). Our house sold quickly because of her hard work, outstanding network and vast wealth of real estate professionalism! I have never had a realtor become part of our family, but she's in for sure!
