Well, this experience of buying my first house was one of the most challenging things I have ever encountered in my life, but it was well worth it, and Julie was a pleasant person to go through it with, and especially since we've known each other for many years.

Kat was amazing from start to finish. I live out of town. She met me at the hotel, early morning and took care of everything! While it was on market, she even went a shut off out water from a water leak (50 miles out of her way and spiders to contend with!!). Our house sold quickly because of her hard work, outstanding network and vast wealth of real estate professionalism! I have never had a realtor become part of our family, but she's in for sure! You can't go wrong getting Kat for a realtor! She's beautiful on the outside and inside! Thank you Kat!!
