As this was our first home buying experience we wanted to be sure that we had the right Realtor working for us. After speaking with at least a half a dozen agents we decided to go with Terry, he was clearly the best choice. His knowledge of the current market and clear desire to see that we got the right house at the right price, along with his open and easy personality made the decision easy for us. We ran him all over between the Portland and Salem areas looking for the right place and he always got it all done much faster than we could have expected. When we found the house we really wanted there was already an offer and the people were reluctant to show it again. Terry was able to get them to show it to us and we now live in our wonderful new home. In my opinion Terry is the best that you could hope for in an agent and is a great example of not only what an agent should be but a person as well.
