Sally was our realtor when we originally bought this house and we had no doubt about contracting with her again when we decided to sell it. We happened to be out of town when we decided to list the house, and Sally went above and beyond to step in and get the house ready to show in our absence. In addition to listing our house on MLS and other sites, she reached out to her contacts to attract potential buyers. We were extremely happy with our results!

I was a first time home buyer looking for a place within the Portland market. From start to finish, I felt like I had to do little on my own. He asked good initial questions about what I was looking for in a home to not only provide some direction for myself, but also narrow the search from what was available on the market at the time. Due to that process, we were able to find the house I wanted to place an offer on within the first day of actually going out and looking at homes. In regards to the negotiations, this is where I feel Tim really went the extra mile. I felt we got the best deal we could have gotten.
