Kim is a Killer. She is a lawyer and uses that background to crush opponents. Relators are a dime a dozen. A knowledgable and experienced agent can make a life changing difference in the biggest purchase of your life. Do not settle for your friend when a full bore assassin is available. Additionally: Kim is responsible. She does the background research to every property we looked into and talked me out of more properties than into them because she cared.
