I could not have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process, every step of the way I knew I had someone there to count on that would always be upfront and honest with me with their opinions and their guidance. Debbie and Mark made a extremely stressful situation into a wonderful experience!

Both Debbie and Mark went above and beyond. They were always available, answered all questions, contacted seller/realtor when needed, contacted manager of mobile home park, contacted title company, made sure every question i asked was answered. both travelled to view the mobile home and even took video and covered everything live while a friend and I watched and asked questions. this whole sale was done with me in another state and Debbie and Mark represented me responsibly and with integrity. I would highly recommend them to represent any buyer or seller.
