Realtor Colleen Kahl of the Kim Coburn Team is every buyers dream to work with. She is representative of the Kim Coburn Real Estate Team. Seeking a home from out-of-state would normally present some level of difficulty...but with the current real estate market, our challenges were numerous. From the time she answered my initial phone inquiry, I knew that we were in good hands with Colleen. We quickly found out that we could not travel quickly enough from out-of-state to physically tour homes as they appeared and disappeared from listings. Colleen became our eyes and ears touring properties and face timing all important property aspects. She measured rooms, closets, and showers. Colleen arranged her schedule to quickly view homes that were of interest to us. Colleen understood our needs and responded no matter the time of day or night. Honestly, I don’t know when she sleeps! With Colleen’s expertise, we found the perfect home for us. Her responsiveness did not stop there. She has been helpful with our transition to the Orlando area providing tips and professional contacts that will make our move easier. Everyone buying or selling a home needs a Colleen...and the Kim Coburn Team!
