Frankie was a great resource when buying my new home. He was diligent and patient which was great, especially when there were some last minute issues that needed to be resolved on the day of closing. Overall I would recommend.

From the first time we met over coffee to the final handshake after the closing, Jedica was amazing. Like everyone, Jedica has a challenging life/work balance to maintain and, from our perspective, she did it flawlessly. She always made herself available and was prepared with accurate responses for every text, every email, every phone call and every face-to-face meeting. As the buyers, we had very little experience with realtors in our past but whatever expectations we had going into this adventure was met and exceeded by Jedica. She was clearly more prepared, more detailed and more friendly than the seller's team we met making our experience priceless. Professionalism and class would best describe Jedica which is what everyone needs when living the buyer's experience. Thanks Jedica!!

She was really great. She helped me through every step of the process.

Kimbra was an amazing realtor, we had such a great experience with working with her. Not only did she find us a beautiful waterfront property in our budget in Orlando (a feat of it own) but she beat out all other offers, including one that said they would pay $5000 over any offer no matter what. We even bid less than them and still got the house, I still don’t know how she did it! Once we were under contract, Kimbra had amazing communication giving us almost daily updates. BUT the BEST part was that she was able to negotiate a brand new roof, new doors and new windows. Overall we had a fantastic experience, start to finish, and I would highly recommend everyone to use her.
