Van was instrumental in us finding our dream home!! This is our first home and we didn't know where to start. She was always by our side every step of the way!! She took the time to understand us and what we were looking for in a home. We never had to worry about anyone contacting us back because she was sure to always follow up. She responded quickly to any and all of our questions. Her expertise of the Orlando housing market was impressive! Overall she was thorough and made sure all deadlines were met. She would ask the lender/broker/closing company questions she knew we would have before we needed to ask!! We definitely recommend her as your agent!!!!! She had our best interest at heart at all time. We now have a beautiful home now because of Van!

Working with Tatiana Belinassi was the greatest thing I did because it was something fast and something good. Also I am very happy with the results.

My Realtor is the best especially dealing with a picking women like me. He understood what we want and what we didn’t want. Even when someone out biding my husband and I he will always give us encouragement word that made us feel so special. Never once was he not on point. Whenever we send him houses or he send us houses best believe he was on it, and on time for our appointment viewing. If we had to do it all over again best believe we will choose you. Thanks for everything you did and putting up with me. You are truly a definition of a MVP realtor that goes out and beyond to get your clients what they need. I thank GOD for you. Keep up the good work
