Melinda was there when needed always willing to help

I started working with Ronnie 10 months before even listing my house. Due to a sequence of unexpected and unfortunate events my listing was delayed. But Ronnie stuck with me, answering a number of questions along the way and once I was ready to move forward she remained right there every step of the way. With her expertise and guidance my house went from listing to a contract at 97.9% of listed sell price in 16 days in a softened market! Then from signed contract to closing Ronnie remained readily available continuing to share the benefit of her knowledge, helping immensely keeping me on track as I coordinated the sell closing, moving and the purchase of a new home out of state. I consider myself fortunate to have found Ronnie for my move! If in the future I need to buy or sell again in FL, Ronnie should expect my call.
