Claudia was very patient and understanding of our needs and limitations. She was able to adapted quick as we change of mind from one sector of the market to other. We feel extremely happy with our choice and she was very knolowgeble of the good and bads of our choices.

We are very happy with our new home. Thank you so much Claudia.

If you’re thinking of buying and/or selling a home, Claudia is the only person you need to make it happen. Whether you’re buying a home or trying to sell one or do both at the same time like we did, she can do it all. She helps make sure the whole process go smoothly. From the very beginning her consulting skills help you first determine if the timing and your finances are right so that you have a clear understanding before you move forward. Her energy, knowledge and professional experience help you feel like you’re not alone in the process. Her multitude of connections makes it all so easy; she helps you take care of everything. We were able to get an offer on the home we were selling in only 2 weeks and were able to close with precise timing on the same day we were closing on our new home. Her advice in helping us set up our home to sell made a difference; we always had compliments every time someone came to see it. At the same time, her patience in helping us find our perfect new home was invaluable. She was always available and helped us many many times with all of our questions and requests during our search. We even ended up picking the house she knew all along was the one for us. Claudia is a true professional, she knows the business and quickly figures out what her clients need and truly want. We’ve purchase 3 homes and sold 1 with Claudia. She’s been there for us for 12 years now and is the first person we call with any Real Estate questions; we always refer all of our friends and family that need a realtor to her. We’ve also had a couple of family members work with her to purchase their homes as well so we have no doubt she is the best there is!
