Mr.OBannon did a great job, highly recommend him if your looking for a fast and efficient realtor!

Mr.OBannon took me to multiple houses i was interested in and was always on time. I told him what I was looking for and he captured exactly what I wanted. He was on time and pointed out all pros and cons so I was able to narrow down to a few properties. 10/10 recommend, most definitely will purchase my next property through Mr.OBannon!

Listened and catered to our needs

He listened to us as we toured the first few homes. He then came back to us with several properties that were spot on for us. He was very personable and friendly with us. While I felt like we didn't look at enough properties, in essence, he showed us what we wanted very quickly. He advocated for us during negotiations and we got almost everything we wanted.

This is the man!

I am limited to 2000 characters, which is not enough to say what an honest, helpful, compassionate realtor that Wesley Troxtell is. He went way over the line to help my husband & I get our new home. I am certain it was one of the most "eventful" sales he has helped broker. Heeeee was worth more than the 3% he earned. He came over two nights in a row to make sure things were going smoothly and even helped Gareth with a couple of things that we were not able to manage alone. If Wesley doesn't have an answer for your question, he will work to find it. Wesley Troxtell is the perfect example of what a realtor should always be. I can say with complete seriousness that I wish the sale of our house in Texas had been treated with the care and compassion that Wesley has. THIS is the man you want to help you find that perfect house.
