Working with Ms. Susan was basically like working with family. It was a positive experience with her from start to finish. Even though there were complication with the lender company at times that made the experience on that side stressful. She was patient, advocated for us, and made sure i was aware at all times. We are thankful for her!

She is very responsive, knows her stuff and knows people for things you may need to get through the buying process. She’s very helpful.

Gail did a wonderful job in walking through selling our house. We purchased the home with Gail's help and then she was our listing agent as well. No problems and we sold the house in the winter when much of the rest of the other listings stayed on the market. Would fully recommend her to anyone in the east OKC area.
