I met Carol about 12 years ago she helped me find my first home (condo). She is very professional and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for all first time buyers and beyond or selling your home. She explained the process thoroughly and very detail oriented. I reached out to Carol again this year 2019 to help sell my condo. Again she walked me through the process and explained each documents to me step by step. She gave recommendations on what to do to get the house ready to sell. Carol listed my condo on Thursday afternoon of November 15, 2019. She had an open house on Saturday November 18 and Sunday November 19. On Sunday November 19th we had 4 offers with full asking price. With all that being said we closed on the condo on December 20th 2019. She is genuine and hardworking and I would truly recommend her to anyone.
