If you call her when she's with a customer, she will usually text you right away to let you know when she will be available to talk . She seriously exceeded my expectations with her level of communication. Mary Alice sold out home and we actually sold it for more than what we were initially expecting. She's sets realistic expectations, she's polite and prompt. She's also currently assisting us to buy a lot where we can build our new home. I would highly recommend her! I've heard of top producers I the real estate business that don't have a lot of personal contact with their customers. Mary Alice is a top producer AND she likes to have personal contact with her clients to make sure the process goes smoothly. I'm not sure if she ever sleeps, but she is a fantastic agent! If we ever need to sell or buy again, I wouldn't even consider utilizing anyone else. Highly recommend!
